1. Services

Loud! OOH acts as an independent media buyer and planner. Our engagement begins upon:

• Written approval of a media plan
• Receipt of a signed booking form
• Verification of creative assets

2. Financials

We pride ourselves on zero fluff and 100% transparency. Payment terms include:

• Invoices due 14 days from date
• Full payment prior to "Live" date
• All prices subject to VAT

3. Cancellations

Outdoor media inventory is high-demand. Cancellation fees apply based on notice:

• 8-12 weeks: 25% Fee
• 4-8 weeks: 50% Fee
• Under 4 weeks: 100% Fee

4. Copy & Creative

Clients are responsible for providing artwork that meets UK Advertising Standards (ASA) and technical specs:

• Deadline: 14 days before live
• High-res, specific format only
• Subject to final media owner approval

5. Liability

Loud! OOH acts as an agent. We are not liable for technical failures by third-party media owners or "Act of God" events.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of London.
